Busy week So Far
So far it's been a very busy week with lots going on! Monday & Tuesday we had a installations in Blackburn, along with a setup of event hire equipment in Preston and Blackburn. Today we have set up hire equipment in Darwen, followed by work in the studio for 3 corporate clients. We have also been asked to quote on a major event taking place in July.
Gregory Audio Visual are proud to be one of the main sponsors and PA Provider for the Relaunched Royal Lancashire Show that will take place in May. It is promising to be a fantastic show with plenty going on. Gregory Audio Visual will also be supplying technical support to the many exhibitors that are expected to attend the show. Further details about the Royal Lancs Show will be published soon along with information from BBC Radio Lancashire.

PA DAY
Today was a PA DAY!
EQUIPMENT HIRE
We had almost all our PA Hire Kit out on hire today. Some was being used by 70's Star from the Nolan Sisters, while other kit's where in use at many other hotel's and conference centre. Almost our entire Radio Microphone Stock was out on Hire which included Hand Held, Lapel and Lectern Microphones.
INSTALLATIONS
On the installation side of the business we had a de-install job to do today which involved removing several projectors, ceiling mount kits, Ceiling PA Systems, Loop Amps, Control Systems and 12 Cisco Wireless Network Devices. All this equipment is being re-installed in new premise for our customer over the next few weeks which Gregory Audio Visual have been awarded the contract to do.
STUDIO
Gregory Audio Visual Studio is busy at present with more and more PowerPoint Presentations and Video Production Work, the transfer work of Video to DVD or Blue Ray Disc is very busy as is the Audio Transfer Work with some old family cassette recordings being enhanced and digitally transferred to CD Disc. Gregory Audio Visual which also owns Magic Moments Video Productions have recently seen an increase of old customers bringing in video productions we filmed of School Play's, Weddings, and other video's we filmed during the 1980's - to late 1990's for transfer to DVD, where ever possible we will use our Video Masters and transfer them to DVD or Blue Ray Disc giving far better quality than the Old VHS Video Tape. If you have a VHS Video or maybe some old holiday footage on a little tape and want it transferred to Disc why not give us a call! AV Hire & Studio Morning
After Early start of AV Equipment Hire Setup, we have a busy morning working a CD's and Artwork for Elevation Entertainments.
More Equipment to setup this afternoon and Gregory Audio Visual are happy to supply The Princes Trust at Blackburn Rovers Football Club with staging etc for their Charity Function tomorrow.

Hectic Couple of Weeks
Once again it's been a very busy couple of weeks for Gregory Audio Visual. The work just keeps coming with several contacts underway and sales hitting all time records.
Installations:
Gregory Audio Visual have been busy working on more sensory rooms, conference suites and corporate installations. The work has also included fitting control systems and information display panels in a shopping centre.
Sales:
Our sales have improved once again for February, all our targets have been met and exceeded, with over 20 projectors sold in the month including 4 HD units we are delighted that we are selling more units than some of the huge superstores out there! We have been very busy with our Internet sales on our online shop at www.audio-visual-uk.co.uk . It's worth bearing in mind that our online shop prices are normally cheaper than EBay listed goods, this is because if we sold a item on EBay there is the following fees to be added to the costs.
1. A listing fee.
2. A sellers commission fee for the sold item.
3. A paypal fee to the seller if buyer uses Paypal.
So for the very best price from Gregory Audio Visual our online shop or retail shop in Mill Hill, Blackburn is the best place to shop.
Servicing:
Gregory Audio Visual are now able to offer a complete service package for data/video projectors, we can replace lamps and more important offer a deep clean service to remove built up dust and grime on the projectors optics.

Owner Directors Nigel and Elaine Gregory are pleased to announce the birth of their first Grandchild "Max", a beautiful baby boy for their daughter and son-in-law. Max was born at the new birthing centre in Park Lee Blackburn and both baby and mummy are doing really well.

Today was another busy day starting a 6.30am with a welcome return of a conference facility that used to use Gregory Audio Visual quite frequently but executives decided to purchase and use in house equipment, however they have quickly realised that their clients have not been happy with the standard of equipment or technical expertise they offered and this in turn has had a detrimental effect on their business. So welcome back to Gregory Audio Visual and we'll see you again tomorrow morning!
